Excursions are always meant to fill the hearts with joy and new energy to perform in a better and energetic way. Children of InnoKids, Nurpur Branch went to Kidz Zone model town for one day excursion where they enjoyed their hearts out with rides and amazing games. Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm. Children dressed as Mahatama Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri, paid tribute to the freedom fighters and showed glimpse of Dandi March. They also sang poems and patriotic songs, waving the tricolor flag. Mentors encouraged the children to follow the path of truth and non-violence as taught by Gandhi Ji. Having colour-themed days is a great way to introduce the colours to young children. It was indeed a pleasure to witness the little ones dressed up in orange, bubbling with energy and fascination. Different activities were arranged to reinforce the concept of orange colour and also to enhance eye - hand coordination. It was an amazing learning experience that had a long-lasting effect on each student. Grandparents are “A little bit of parents, a little bit of teacher and a little bit of friend”. The celebration was filled with oodles of blessings, happy faces, excitement and cheer as the budding stars of our Innokids displayed their love and affection for their grandparents. Many exciting games were conducted to give the celebration a feel of being a live celebration. Grandparents, the family's greatest treasure, the founders of a loving legacy, the greatest storytellers, thekeepers of traditions. Grandparents are the family's strong foundation. Through their special love and care, grandparents keep a family close at heart. To honour them Innokids celebrated Grandparents day on 15th September, 2023. The celebrations started with welcoming the grandparents followed by dance performance of scholars and discovers. Then our little one dedicated a sweet song to dadima. To balance the tones set by the events thus far, we had games in which grandparents participated with great zeal. To mark the pious occasion of Janmashtami, event called   'Natkhat Kanha' was organized from grade Learners to Scholars in which teachers explained about Birth story of Lord Krishna.
