Janamashtami, the pious festival to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna was celebrated with reverence and devotion. Children were beautifully dressed up as Shri Krishna and Radha. Images of Shri Krishna's infancy were placed in a cradle. The birth of Lord Krishna is celebrated as Janamashtami every year with great devotion and enthusiasm. The tiny tots of Explorers(boys) traditionally dressed as krishna and girls as Radha. Janmashtami is the auspicious day when Lord Krishna the eighth incarnation of Lord Vishnu took birth on this planet as per Hindu calendar. This festival is celebrated on the eighth day of dark fortnight every year. This festival has been celebrated in Innokids with huge enthusiasm and    great energy .On   this day children were dressed up like Krishna and Radha ,Balram and Sudama. The bright and joyful faces of children lit the festive aura with Spirit Of Love devotion and faith. students excitedly participated in this celebration and played the role of various character viz Krishna, Radha ,Sudama etc. They embellished earthen pot, crown cradle and flutes. which are all part of Lord Krishna's paraphernalia little kanhaji sat   into the cradle and kids swing his cradle and presented various Bhog to Kanha ji. Children also rejoiced watching a short animated video based on Krishna. On the whole this day was celebrated with great zeal and devotion. # Janamashtami # Lord #Krishna #birt

Bond of Togetherness - Raksha Bandan

Rakshabandhan is a divine bond of love, care and protection. To celebrate this emotional bond our little ones made beautiful rakhis with their tiny hands and expressed true love for each other. Children enjoyed eating festive sweets on this occasion. Children pasted stars, flowers, threads for making beautiful Rakhi's . The tiny tots in traditional attire ehtusiasitically participated in tying rakhi on the wrist of their brothers. Bharat Ke Veer - Dress up as Freedom Fighter Competition

To make the   students aware about the role of freedom fighters, School has Organised a competition named. "Bharat Ke Veer". On the Eve of "Independence Day"   Students were told to dressed up as freedom fighters. The children dressed up in the attire of various freedom fighters like Bhagat Singh, Mahatma Gandhi, Subhash chandra Bose, Rani Laxmi Bai, Lal Bahadur Shastri etc. They   look vibrant in colourful and different costumes and played their part confidently. The students were given an opportunity to speak in front of others and to showcase their hidden talents. Participants dressed up as different freedom fighters like Bhagat Singh, Annie Besant, Rani Lakshmi Bai, Chander Shekhar Azad etc. Participants   enacted them confidently.
