Earth Day

Earth and the resources of Earth makes life possible on it. If we were to imagine our lives without these resources that would not be possible as life cannot function without sunshine, air, vegetarian and water. However, this is soon going to be our reality if we do not save the Earth now. To aware the student of innokids we arranged the activities "Heal the earth" For grade Discoverers and Scholars and "The earth my home" for grades Learners and Explorers. It was created to promote awareness and appreciation for earth's environment. students were taught about the harmful impact of deforestation and were encouraged to plant more and more trees. Teachers told the students to save the water, electricity and feeding the birds because life is possible only on Earth. Little munchkins enjoyed the nature walk, they did the hand printing activity also. Teachers taught the students how to wrap a gift with old newspaper and they also made paper bags with old newspapers. All the students listed these facts with all ears and enjoyed this activity.
