Baisakhi Celebration

Baisakhi is a time to be thankful for the blessings of life and nature.

The students enjoyed the Baisakhi Mela activity with great zeal .They  highlighted the religious and cultural significance of the festival. The objective of this activity was to acquaint students about Baisakhi and its significance in our culture and to engage them in the celebration of a harvest festival.The children had brought pots and seeds from home. They planted the seeds in the pots and then harvested them.

 To seek the blessings of Lord Krishna, the students celebrated Janmashtami with mirth and joy. The students came dressed up as Lord Krishna, Radha, playmates and friends of Krishna’s childhood. They were accessorized with colorful bangles, odhnis and peacock crowns. The School premises was decorated with balloons, flutes, matkies giving the vibes of festivity. The students were overjoyed when they broke the ‘Dahi Handi’ to grace this occasion.  Ball, balloon and bubble play activity is a fantastic way to engage kids in playful learning ! Keeping this in view, the  activity was organised for Pre primary students. They explored bouncing and rolling with balls. Bubbles added a touch of magic as kids observed shapes and colours.Balloons brought excitement. It was a fun and educational experience that sparks curiosity and creativity in the little ones.

 Teej festival of colours and happiness of not only ladies but also of season which brings enthusiastic energy in one and all. To connect with this energy, Innocent Hearts School Nurpur Branch celebrated this day with its lil one by applying henna on beautiful hands of Students and performed giddha and had fun with lots of sweets and dance.
