Staying fit and healthy is a vital aspect of our lives. Engaging in regular physical activity is one of the best ways to maintain in a healthy lifestyle. Exercise can improve your overall health, boost your energy levels and even improve your mood.  Stay fit stay healthy activity was held on 6th April 2023 at Innokids. On this special day, Explorers brought fruits and vegetable salad in their tiffin. This activity aimed at inculcating good healthy food habit among the young ones right from the beginning. In this activity Discoverers did yoga exercises and Scholars did aerobics. Mentors guided them about good health, physical fitness and importance of exercise. A video has been shown in class to encourage children to avoid junk food and eat fresh fruits and vegetables daily to maintain fitness.
