staying healthy physically and mentally is a huge deal, as the ideal balance between both will encourage one self to work efficiently. To ensure physical fitness everyone needs to do exercise daily. To aware the students about the Wellness of their own health "stay fit stay healthy" activity has been arranged in the campus for Grades Discoverers and Scholars. For this activity teachers encouraged the students to follow healthy diet and avoid junk food. Students have been encouraged to eat fresh fruits, food, drink milk and fresh fruits juice. Everyone should do lots of exercise. Teachers explained the benefits of games and exercises. Students were highly motivated.
