World Health Day
On 6th of April, World Health Day was
organized in INNOKIDS- The Pre-Primary wing of IHS. Through this activity,
pupils learned how to store their eatables cautiously and stay away from germs
and infections. The Principal emphasised
on good eating habits that include a balanced diet, drinking water, fruit in
every meal and glass of milk every day and cut down intake of salt drastically
as it has a bad effect on health. He also spoke about the importance of sports
and exercises. He insisted on physical activities such as yoga and meditation
for good health.
